1xbit Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 1xbit ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the 1xbit website, mobile application, and any services offered through the platform. Access to and use of 1xbit is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on 1xbit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you are accessing 1xbit on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and by accepting, you are accepting on their behalf.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access 1xbit — whether through a web browser, the 1xbit mobile app, or any other means. The same rules apply across all access methods.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on 1xbit, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 1xbit or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 1xbit or any affiliated platform.

1xbit reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment method used.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 1xbit. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 1xbit will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• All account information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must notify 1xbit immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account names cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
• 1xbit reserves the right to close inactive accounts after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, with prior notice sent to the registered email address.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

1xbit supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 1xbit does not charge any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction request.

• Withdrawals are processed during standard operating hours and are typically completed within the timeframe stated in the cashier section.
• 1xbit reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited on 1xbit may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform. Depositing funds without the intention to play is not permitted.
• Any suspected fraudulent transaction will result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

1xbit offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account balance. Real-money funds are used first when placing wagers, unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 1xbit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on 1xbit are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — 1xbit will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state recorded at the time of the failure. If a round cannot be resolved, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. 1xbit's decision in such matters is final.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.
• Winnings from games are credited to your account balance immediately upon the conclusion of the game round.
• 1xbit is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.

7. Fair Play Policy

1xbit is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Any behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or manipulate game outcomes.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

Accounts found to be in violation of the fair play policy will be suspended immediately. 1xbit reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through unfair means and to permanently ban players who engage in such behaviour. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbit's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 1xbit is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
